Rooms very clean and the breakfast in the mornings is FABULOUS!! The staff is very friendly and the location is around everything. The only downside I had with staying here is the bed is SUPER hard and the pillows were way soft…almost making them flat. But it wasn’t a big deal and dealt with it for my stay.

We had a great experience with Home2Suites over an issue with inputing incorrect dates through hotels.com. Ms. Ashley (GM) and Ms. Gigi the front desk receptionist were extremely understanding and helpful to our situation. I can not express how grateful we were to all of their help! The rooms were clean and I would highly recommend staying here!

The rooms are clean and fresh. Exactly as they look online. It has a kitchen with full fridge and everything needed like plates, silverware etc. The only thing is the pool is a bit small but overall a great value. Gigi helped us and went above and beyond to make sure our room was right. Will stay again when in Dallas.

Another exceptional stay with Hilton. Hamza truly went above and beyond by upgrading my room—without me even asking—and adding thoughtful touches like snacks and coffee. He even mentioned I had extra snacks waiting in the room, but I didn’t realize just how incredible the upgrade was until I saw it. The following morning, Alexis confirmed the surprise upgrade from the night before, which made the experience even more special. This kind of proactive, genuine service is exactly why Hilton continues to earn my loyalty. Absolutely top-tier hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The front desk staff is friendly. Weird bagels. Hottest water temperature is tepid. Have stayed at many hotels, and these two issues are a first.

Excellent stay, and excellent experience with our hockey team. Welcoming. Inviting. Clean rooms. Lots of accommodations, and helpfulness as we packed several of our teams into this location. What a night and day experience from a recent stay elsewhere. Breakfast is good, the gym is even better. Lots of food and convenient locations nearby including easy access to the highway and other locations like gas. Coffee around the clock and very accommodating staff that is super super hockey kid friendly. We would certainly return.

Update: the manager contacted us immediately and made this right. My wife felt with her and said she was very nice and helpful. So for that I’ve increased the rating. The only issue was how thin the walls were. I could hear the conversation my neighbors were having. It’s gross. We are in our third room. The first and second had heavily stained floors and furniture. The second also had a busted AC unit. We were moved again and I noticed that I left my bag in the original room. The maintenance staff was in our room and I asked her to let me in to retrieve my bag. She told me I needed the key to get my bag. I had to argue with her that we had already turned in the key and the room was right next door. She eventually let me in. Also the girl at the front desk is nothing but attitude. Next, the bed and pillows are AWEFUL. I mean I imagine federal prisoners have better sleeping conditions than what we are getting here. The pillows are paper thin and the mattress sags and you can feel the springs in your back. Hilton isn’t what it used to be and this place is indicative of its current downfall.

Seemed clean. Quiet on the top floor. Blackout blinds are awesome. Breakfast was pretty good for our family.
